Choosing the Right Plan

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Team Settings
2. Click "Subscription"
3. Select new plan
4. Review proration details
5. Enter payment information
6. Confirm upgrade

Downgrading Your Plan

Before downgrading, ensure:

• Active jobs are within new plan limits
• Team size fits new plan
• Storage usage is under new limit

Downgrade process:

1. Go to Subscription settings
2. Select lower plan
3. Review what changes
4. Confirm downgrade
5. Takes effect next billing cycle

Billing and Payment

Managing Your Subscription

View Usage

1. Go to Team Settings > Subscription
2. See current usage:
   • Credits used/remaining
   • Storage used
   • Active jobs count
   • Team member count

Update Payment Method

1. Click "Payment Methods"
2. Add new card or remove old
3. Set default payment method

Download Invoices

1. Go to "Billing History"
2. Find invoice
3. Click "Download PDF"

Free Trial

New teams get:

• 14-day free trial
• Full Professional plan features
• No credit card required
• Automatic conversion to Starter after trial

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime, no questions asked
• Access continues until billing period ends
• Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
• Export your data before canceling
